12月1日，上海市政府與工信部在滬簽署關于共同推進工業互聯網創新發展促進制造業轉型升級的戰略合作框架協議。工信部副部長陳肇雄、上海市委常委、常務副市長周波代表雙方簽約，并同時為工業互聯網創新中心揭牌。

繼國務院印發《關于深化“互聯網+先進制造業”發展工業互聯網的指導意見》之后，上海作為全國工業互聯網先行城市，率先與工信部圍繞工業互聯網創新發展簽署相關戰略合作框架協議。

根據協議，工信部與上海市將在共同建設工業互聯網產業聯盟上海分聯盟、打造工業互聯網創新中心、建設工業互聯網國家節點和工業互聯網平臺、營造工業互聯網技術創新與產業化環境以及推進工業互聯網宣傳與推廣等方面開展全面和廣泛深入合作。
